We offer delivery services exclusively to addresses within Gauteng Province. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of our delivery partners. We strive to deliver your gifts on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund or offer an alternative product.
